Terms of Service

Welcome to AZ Cleaning Bees. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online booking and quote tools, and residential cleaning services (collectively, the "Services") provided by AZ Cleaning Bees ("AZ Cleaning Bees," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. By booking, you represent that you are the owner or authorized occupant of the property to be cleaned and that you have the right to authorize service.

2. Quotes, bookings & scheduling

  • Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final booking may be adjusted on-site if home condition, size, or scope materially differs from what was described.
  • A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation by email or SMS.
  • We schedule arrival windows (typically 1–2 hours). We will text or call if our cleaner is delayed.
  • You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. Lockouts may incur a trip fee (see Section 5).

3. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in writing.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing a card, you authorize AZ Cleaning Bees to charge it for the booked service plus any applicable fees, taxes, or add-ons you approve.
  • Recurring service may be billed automatically per the cadence you select.
  • Returned payments or chargebacks may incur a fee of up to $35 plus the original balance.

4. Cancellations & rescheduling

  • You may reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Same-day cancellations or lockouts at the door may be charged a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule for safety, weather, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Lockouts & access

If our cleaner is unable to access the property at the scheduled time (e.g., locked door, no code provided, pets that prevent safe entry), the visit may be treated as a same-day cancellation and charged accordingly.

6. 100% satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind every clean. If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. Refunds are not offered in lieu of re-cleaning, except at our sole discretion.

7. Items, valuables & pets

  • Please secure cash, jewelry, firearms, irreplaceable items, and confidential documents prior to service.
  • We are not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured, were unstable, or were already damaged before service.
  • Tell us in advance about pets in the home. We love them, but we reserve the right to decline service if a pet poses a safety risk to our cleaners.

8. What we will not clean

For the safety of our team and to comply with insurance requirements, we generally do not handle: biohazards (blood, bodily fluids, animal waste beyond standard litter), hoarding conditions, mold remediation, pest infestations, exterior windows above the second floor, heavy furniture moving, or any task requiring a ladder taller than 2 steps. Additional limitations may apply.

9. Damage & liability

  • AZ Cleaning Bees is licensed, insured, and bonded. If our team causes damage during a clean, please notify us in writing within 48 hours with photos so we can investigate.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for normal wear-and-tear, damage caused by improper installation, or damage to items not properly secured.

10. Non-solicitation of cleaners

You agree not to solicit, hire, or contract directly any AZ Cleaning Bees cleaner introduced to you through our Services for a period of 24 months after their last service at your home. If you wish to hire one of our cleaners directly, a referral fee of $2,500 applies.

11. SMS terms

By providing your mobile number you consent to receive SMS messages from AZ Cleaning Bees related to quotes, appointments, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for full SMS messaging details.

12. Website use

You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, transmitting harmful code, scraping content, or interfering with normal operation. All content on the website is owned by AZ Cleaning Bees or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

13. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ Cleaning Bees and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the Services.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AZ Cleaning Bees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict- of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
